In 2026, classical music takes on a new life in Bundanoon, with a series of six unique concerts taking place from March through October. Directed by award-winning performers Rosie Gallagher (flute) and Lee Dionne (piano), the series brings a strong commitment to making classical and contemporary music vibrant, inclusive and alive. Each concert in the series brings an exceptional level of creative programming and artistry from the performers: some household names and others legends of the field. We’ll see you there!

Schumann's Companion

Bundanoon Soldiers’ Memorial HallTune In Bundanoon opens with Schumann's glorious Piano Quartet performed by an ensemble comprising ACO lead violinist Helena Rathbone, violist Elizabeth Woolnough and internationally acclaimed collaborators Lee Dionne and Chris Pidcock, among others. The concert includes a rare performance of Andrew Norman's exquisite Pulitzer-finalist string trio: The Companion Guide to Rome (2015).

Violinist Anna da Silva Chen, cellist Jonathan Békés and pianist Lee Dionne perform Beethoven’s glorious Piano Trio in E-flat Major, Op. 70 No. 2, alongside Johannes Maria Staud’s contemporary masterpiece “Für Balínt Andràs Varga” and Dionne’s own arrangements of songs by Alma Mahler and Alban Berg for Piano Trio. -

Bright Star with John Bell and Simon Tedeschi

Bright Star is a celebration of the life and work of two of Europe's brightest stars in the nineteenth century: John Keats and Franz Schubert. Devised and presented by actor, director and founder of Bell Shakespeare, John Bell AO OBE and internationally acclaimed pianist Simon Tedeschi, the programme runs to 90 minutes without interval.
